S&B were looking for some much needed points when they played away to Gore Court who are bottom of the league. However both teams had everything to play for. S&B’s first opportunity came from a shot from Ashlie Bolton which rebounded off the keeper to Kirsty Edmunds who scored. Shortly after Edmunds scored again after a shot from Caitlin Meredith hit the post. Gore Court had their chances and replacement goalkeeper Anna Hudson won player of the match as she made a number of key saves. 2-0 up at half time and S&B were feeling buoyant. Their third goal came from a breakaway ball from Kendall Colman out to Kirsty Edmunds who found Ashlie Bolton on the penalty spot to finish. Gore Court managed to get one goal past the S&B side with a shot from the top of the D. Final score 3-1 to S&B.
