Southend and Benfleet played Bromley and Beckenham away, losing 3-1. The first half was dominated by the home side and by half-time they were 3-0 up. In the second half Southend and Benfleet upped the pace with Lily Cole moving into left midfield and Charley Edwards taking control in the centre. They were rewarded with a goal in the bottom right corner by Kirsty Durban. Any attempts by Bromley and Beckenham were thwarted by tight defending by Natasha Cheeseman. Southend and Benfleet continued to put the pressure on Bromley and Beckenham but full-time score remained at 3-1.
